How it all began

As the son of shopkeepers, I worked as a shop assistant in a grocery store from a young age. Although I was hidden from customers' view behind the counter, I developed a passion for technology with the help of electronic components and an old computer. This happened in 1985, when graphical interfaces were not yet common - all interaction was done through text.

At 17 years old, I enrolled in university and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Administration. Upon completing my degree, I decided to specialize in Quality Technologies and everything seemed to be heading towards a career as an entrepreneur. However, during my specialization, the university implemented a higher education course in Systems Analysis and, due to my passion for technology, I decided to participate in this course in parallel. Six months later, a professor suggested that I take the Specialization course in Information Systems. She believed that I was prepared to soar higher and, therefore, I decided to follow her advice. With this, I was able to improve my knowledge in computer science and expand my professional career into other areas beyond administration.

As I learned more about technology, my enthusiasm for working in this field only grew. With God's grace, I was hired by SENAI to teach classes on Hardware and Operating Systems. Since 1998, when I started my career as a computer technician and teacher, I have experienced exponential growth. In 2003, I began to venture into the field of computer science, serving companies and public agencies in the implementation and development of digital solutions. Throughout my journey as an entrepreneur and teacher, I had the opportunity to participate in international projects, where I acted as a multiplier, sharing my passion for technology.

Over time, I became involved in the field of industrial automation, and due to my skill with information systems, I excelled in advanced manufacturing (also known as Industry 4.0). Because of this achievement, I received an award from my institution for presenting the best course proposal in the field, and furthermore, I had the opportunity to work on the development of new curricula with a focus on Industry 4.0. With the goal of complementing my education in automation, I completed a degree in Industrial Manufacturing Technologies, and along with the team we formed for our final project, we had the honor of having our work published in an academic journal.

So, in 2020 came the pandemic...
...but God's providence came before that. At the end of 2019, my Italian citizenship was recognized by the court of Rome and in March 2022, after finishing all our activities in Brazil, my wife and I came to live in Europe. Arriving here, in southern Italy, we were able to see the opportunities to undertake and work with Digital Technologies, not only as consultants, but also as trainers of experts in Digital Technologies. Well, but that's another story...
